Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY
When we work as a special production for a specific client, under order and cut and produce specially for that client, we do not accept changes or returns although we commit to excellence and to work on a best effort basis to sort out any issue that may arise.
Fixings and adjustments requested at a later stage (i.e. not agreed at the time of purchase) can bear extra costs for the client.
Not personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receiving them. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that was sent: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return we will require your receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, please contact us at sales@vagarykalon.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that in case of non-receipt of your order, you have 30 days after the mailing date to contact us. Beyond this period of 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund.

The customer is responsible for a delivery failure due to lack of indication or wrong details when placing the order.

SHIPPING COSTS
Please note all postage costs are payable by the client unless expressly advised by us or the wrong item has been sent out by us or the item is faulty on arrival.
We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods as we will not be responsible for missing items.


PRICE, PAYMENT AND TAX
Any additional tax or custom charges, if any, are payable by the client.
We ship orders with fresh import to settle, this means that import charges are not included in the prices shown online and on the products. The customer will pay the freight when importing the product or later, the total costs relating to the rights and customs formalities, import taxes applicable in the country where delivery is requested.
The payment of these fees may be required for entry of products ordered on the territory of delivery are in no way the responsibility of VAGARY KALON UNIVERSE SL.

We accept payments by debit card, credit card, bank transfer and Paypal. Please note that if you wish to pay by bank transfer, you need to get in touch with us using the email sales@vagarykalon.com to confirm the order and the payment.

Please note that VAGARY KALON cannot be held responsible for any delay of orders for reasons of custom clearance or delay of payment transactions.
